MENTOR PROGRAM

The Mentor Program is an intensive, 1 on 1, online journey designed to elevate hairdressers to the next level. Individually tailored for ambitious creatives, this training experience focuses on refining your skills, elevating your techniques, sharpening your artistic eye and unlocking your full potential as a hair professional. Whether you are a brand owner, a salon professional or an aspiring educator.

Over the course of 6 weeks you will recieve elite knowledge, creative and technical mentorship, expanded vision and confidence in a space to challange yourself.

The weekly schedule consists of two calls which icludes:

• A call of 60 minutes with tasks and exercises, personalised feedback and aswers to any of your needs.
• A 120 minutes call where you will practice haircutting, business skills, salon service essentials, branding and social media guidance – all tailored to your personal needs.

GROUP MENTRING

The Group Mentoring is an intesive experience where students work in a small group of 4 people.

The program inclues the same structure and benefits as the 1 on 1 mentoring with the only difference to the attendees. As a small group you will work together in every session. The Mentoring experience is personalised for each individual in the cup so tasks and exercises may differ from student to student but discussions and questions will be answered collectively as a group.

This experience exists to make mentoring accessible and available for everyone. 

Once you decide to take this course your skills, brand, business, salon will grow with intention. 

For the group mentoring to begin, 4 individuals need to form a group so after applying your seat will be reserved and you will be placed in a "waiting room" until all seats fill up.
